Your music, everywhere
Send us your music: we will listen to it before distribution to make sure everything is in order. The Queen Is Dead Records will then guide you through every step, right up to its release on digital platforms.
1. Prepare your files
AUDIO FILES
• WAV format only – no MP3
• 250 MB maximum per file
• Use one of the accepted audio formats:
NAME YOUR FILES CLEARLY
• Clearly include the track number and title in each filename.

• If your track titles contain accents or special characters, make sure they are reproduced accurately in the tracklist.
COVER ART
• JPG or PNG format
• RGB colour mode
• 10 MB maximum
• Square format: 3000 × 3000 pixels
• You must have the necessary rights to use the image

4. What happens next?
1. VERIFICATION
Your files and information are checked within 48 hours maximum to make sure everything meets the distribution requirements. If there is a problem, we will contact you by email and work with you until it is resolved.
2. PAYMENT
You will receive your invoice by email only after your files and information have been approved. Once payment has been received, distribution can begin.
3. DISTRIBUTION
Each streaming platform has its own processing times. To allow for a coordinated release across all platforms, please allow at least 5 days, and ideally 2 weeks , between sending your project and your desired release date.
4. STATISTICS
We will assist you with your first logins to the various platforms’ For Artists dashboards so you can access your statistics. You can also request, by email, an overview of your statistics accompanied by human analysis.
